Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an amount of thermal accumulation member to be reduced without changing a comfortable feeling and a running cost almost by a method wherein a thermal accumulation member is placed above a lower heater, an upper heater is arranged between the thermal accumulation member and a floor finishing member, a mid-night power circuit is applied to the lower heater and a normal power circuit is applied to the upper heater. CONSTITUTION:A thermal accumulation member 3 is arranged above a lower heater 4, and an upper heater 2 is arranged between the thermal accumulator member 3 and a floor finishing member 1. A circuit utilizing a mid-night power is applied to the lower heater 4, and a circuit utilizing a normal power is applied to the upper heater 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a thermal insulating member for preventing a thermal radiation toward a under-floor part. At a day when a surrounding atmosphere temperature is not specially low, only the circuit of the lower heater 4 is energized to keep heat generated by using the mid-night power in the thermal accumulation member 3. In case that the surrounding atmosphere temperature is specially low and a lack of thermal accumulation amount occurs in the thermal accumulation member 3, the upper heater 2 is energized when a room temperature is lowered.

As shown in Fig. 3, these devices usually have a heat storage body 3 under the floor finishing material 1, and a heater 6 and a heat insulating material 5 for preventing heat radiation under the floor. The heat generated by the heater 6 is stored in the heat storage body 3, and the heat is used during heating. Examples of heat storage materials include materials that store heat by utilizing the sensible heat of materials such as concrete and mortar, and sodium sulfate decahydrate (Na2 ・S0
Materials that utilize latent heat due to phase change of substances, such as 4.10H, O) and paraffins, are used.

In the above-mentioned conventional thermal storage floor heating system, there is a fixed period of time when electricity is turned on by late-night electricity, and if the amount of heat storage corresponding to the heating load of the room is not secured during this period, the room temperature will drop during heat dissipation, so the heat storage The amount of heating had to be designed according to the maximum heating load required in winter in the room where it was constructed. For this reason, the required amount of the heat storage body becomes large, leading to the problem of high initial cost.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a heat storage body 3 above a lower heater 4 and an upper heater 2 between the heat storage body 3 and the floor finishing material 1, as shown in FIG. be. The lower heater 4 has a circuit that uses late-night power, and the upper heater 2 has a circuit that uses normal power. The heat storage body 3 does not necessarily need to be located only on the upper surface of the lower heater 4, and may be located above and below the lower heater 4. As a heat storage body, there are materials that store heat using the sensible heat of materials such as concrete and mortar, and Naz

On days when the outside temperature is not particularly low in winter, only the circuit of the lower heater 4 is energized. Heat generated using late-night electricity is stored in a heat storage body 3 and used for heating. When the outside temperature is particularly low and the amount of heat stored in the constructed heat storage body 3 is insufficient for heating, the circuit of the upper heater 2 is energized when the room temperature drops to compensate for the insufficient amount of heat.

Figure 2 shows the average daily outside temperature (°C) in winter (121 days from December to March) determined from standard weather data for the Tokyo area by the Japan Society of Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers. Conventionally, the coldest temperature A (average outside temperature 1"C) obtained from Figure 2
) The amount of heat storage material had to be set according to the following. On the other hand, in this embodiment, for example, the average outside temperature is 5.
By setting the amount of heat storage body 3 according to ``C'' and supplementing it with heat radiation from the upper heater 2 on colder days, the amount of heat storage body 3 can be reduced. is a heat storage body equivalent to 1100KCal of false heat and 2.4K
A Wh heater was required, but in this example, a 300W heater was required.
By simply installing an upper heater of about 100 kW and a lower heater of 1.7 KWh, the amount of heat storage can be reduced by about 24% to 8400 KCa.
The amount of heat storage could be reduced to the equivalent of I, and the same heating effect as the conventional example was obtained. Since the upper heater 2 uses normal electric power, the running cost is slightly higher. However, the upper heater 2 is only used supplementarily on particularly cold days, and in this case, the total usage in winter is only about 3% of the total winter load, so it is rarely a problem. It won't happen.

Since the heat storage floor heating device according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the amount of heat storage bodies can be reduced without substantially changing comfort or running costs, and the initial cost can be reduced.
