Claims (1)
- 回転体の軸位置を測り、その位置を設定値にな
るように位置信号をフイードバツクし、電磁石の
電流を制御するために、２個の位置センサ、設定
入力との比較器、制御回路、駆動回路、２個の電
磁石、前記２個の位置センサの出力信号の減算器
、ならびにこの減算器より分岐した整流検波回路
、平滑回路、論理回路よりなる第１のトリツプ回
路を有する能動型磁気軸受装置において、前記制
御回路の出力側に分岐して、それぞれ第２の整流
検波回路、平滑回路、論理回路よりなる第２のト
リツプ回路を接続し、かつ、前記第１のトリツプ
回路と前記第２のトリツプ回路とをトリツプ信号
発生用ＯＲ論理回路に接続してなることを特徴と
する能動型磁気軸受装置。
