Claims (1)
- ハウジングに形成した通孔を貫通した回転軸の
外周面と、上記ハウジングの内側面に近接する位
置で、この回転軸に外嵌した回転部材の内周面と
の間の円筒状空間内に装着し、回転軸と回転部材
との相対的回転を自在とする第一の転がり軸受の
潤滑を行なう潤滑装置であつて、上記ハウジング
の内側面で、上記通孔を囲む位置に形成した凹部
と、この凹部に内嵌され、ハウジングに対して回
転軸を支承する第二の転がり軸受と、上記凹部の
内面に形成した凹溝により凹部と第二の転がり軸
受の外輪との間に設けられ、ハウジング内に存在
する潤滑油を第二の転がり軸受に対してハウジン
グ内と反対側に導く第一の供給通路と、第二の転
がり軸受の内輪に形成され、この第二の転がり軸
受の両側を連通させる第二の供給通路と、通孔の
外端開口内周縁部と回転軸の外周面との間に装着
され、水平方向に亙るリツプ部又は嵌め合い円筒
部の長さを、上半部で短く、下半部で長くしたシ
ール材と、一端を上記円筒状空間に、他端を回転
部材の周囲空間に、それぞれ通じさせ、円筒状空
間に存在する潤滑油を周囲空間に排出自在とする
排出通路とから成る転がり軸受の潤滑装置。
