てなる流体入り防振装置において、 前記絞りを、錐体と、この錐体を取り囲んだ状
態で前記第1及び第2流体室をその内側で連通さ
せ且つ軸方向長さが可変の管体とから構成すると
共に、前記流体の温度に応じて前記管体の軸方向
長さを変える管体調整手段を設けたことを特徴と
