Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体管路内の途中にシリンダを形成して、その
シリンダに対する上記流体管路の下流側の接続口
を上記シリンダの側壁に開口形成すると共に、流
量調整用の孔を側面に穿設した筒状の弁体を上記
シリンダ内に回転自在に嵌装し、上記弁体に連結
した回転軸を回転させることにより、上記シリン
ダ側壁の開口と上記弁体側面の孔との位置関係を
変えて流量調整を行うようにした流量調整弁にお
いて、 弾性を有する薄肉のシートに流量調整用の孔を
穿設して弁体を形成し、そのシートを上記シリン
ダ内壁に密着するように丸めて配置すると共に、
上記回転軸に連結されて上記シートをシリンダ内
壁に沿つて回転させる回転駆動体を設けたことを
特徴とする流量調整弁。
