Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を内蔵したパツケージ本体から外部
に導出されたリードを多数有する半導体装置にお
いて、前記パツケージから導出された複数のリー
ドのうち、前記パツケージの中央部から両端方向
に位置するリードの中心軸を前記リードの導出部
と先端部とで偏心せしめ、かつ前記パツケージの
端部にいくに従つてその偏心量を徐々に大きくし
たことを特徴とする半導体装置。
