第１図および第２図は本考案に係る検知装置に
おける断線防止構造の一実施例を示し、第１図は
ステンレス芯線、絶縁チユーブ、端子の組付け状
態の平面図、第２図は第１図の組付体を検知部に
取付けた状態の側面図である。第３図は製品取出
しロボツトの把持爪の開閉状態を示した平面図、
第４図は従来使用されていた銅芯線と端子との組
付け状態の平面図、第５図は同じく従来使用され
ていた銅芯線を検知部に取付けた状態の側面図で
ある。 ２……検知部、１２……把持爪、３……端子、
５……ステンレス芯線、６……絶縁チユーブ。

Claims (1)
- 把持爪に取付けた検知部と、その検知部に取付
けた端子と、その端子に接続した芯線と、その芯
線を被覆した絶縁チユーブとを備え、前記把持爪
が製品を把持しているか否かを前記検知部で検知
する検知装置において、前記芯線は剛性が大きく
かつ導電性を有する材質からなり、その芯線を前
記端子に沿つて環状に回し、その芯線の端子との
接続部分を２重としたことを特徴とする検知装置
における断線防止構造。
