Claims (1)
- 被加熱液中に浸漬してこの被加熱液を加熱する
ための浸管ヒータにおいて、金属材で形成されて
被加熱液中に浸漬される浸漬部の表面には耐薬品
性及び低摩擦係数を有するふつ素系合成樹脂被膜
を被覆したことを特徴とする浸管ヒータ。
