Claims (1)
- ノズルから出る分離試料を加熱体で熱分解し生
じるイオンを、該加熱体に対向配置したコレクタ
で検出し測定するガスクロマトグラフ用表面電離
検出器において、ガス流通路の先端部近傍に狭窄
部を設けたことを特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ
用表面電離検出器。
