Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加熱炉内に面する内壁と、この内壁に離間
して対向する外壁と、これら２つの壁に接する端
壁と、前記内壁と外壁間に充填した絶縁物と、こ
の絶縁物内において前記内壁近傍に配置した発熱
線とより成り、互いにその端壁面が接合される複
数のヒーターユニツトを有し、互いに隣接するヒ
ーターユニツトの端部はその外壁側から内壁近く
に延びる溝を有し、この溝内に絶縁物が充填され
ていることを特徴とする加熱炉。 (2) 前記溝の幅が外壁に向かうに従つて大きく
なる請求項１記載の加熱炉。
