記従来の問題点を悉く解消しようとするものであ

無く配設箇所の任意選定を可能として操作部の集
中化が図れる。また、そのために、部品のコンパ
クト化、ひいてはコストの低減を図れるという
種々の効果を奏する。特に、開閉蓋を回動自由に
支持する軸を操作部の内側に位置させたため、軸
の防水のためのシール手段を設ける必要がなく、
