第７図は従来のプローバーの概略図である。 図中１は外筒、２は触針、３は絶縁物、４はス
リーブを示す。

Claims (1)
- 触針を被測定物に接触させて、その被測定物の
電気的測定を行なうプローバーであつて、軸状の
導電性を有する触針と、この触針をその軸方向へ
の移動が可能なように、絶縁体を介して支持する
外筒と、この外筒に設けて触針の先端部が外筒の
下端部から突出する方向へ付勢するよう弾性部材
を有し、触針の先端部を被測定物に接触させたと
き、外筒の下端部が上記弾性部材の付勢力に抗し
て触針の先端部と略同一平面まで移動できるよう
に構成したプローバー。
