From the large number of photographic original plates, we first make and display one photo at a time, receive individually selected orders from customers, create the number of ordered photographs from each original photographic plate, and sort them by orderer. There is a lot of work being done to deliver goods.

Since there were over 10,000 sheets, sorting them according to the individual orders of 500 students required a lot of manpower and was prone to mistakes.

Therefore, a method based mainly on manual labor has been proposed. However, this method is prone to operational errors, such as erasing the display provided on the shelf for each sorting by operating a switch each time a photo is taken out, and is also low in efficiency.

When cutting a long photosensitive material into individual photographs after development, the printed orderer code is read and the individual photographs cut out based on that information are placed on the respective shelves set for each orderer. The above problem was solved by automatically sending the

Therefore, it is possible to code, store and read out the orderer for each original plate by simply changing the computer program, and no special effort is required when implementing the code.

For example, if the code of the orderer is copied in 10 bits, it is possible for up to 1024 people. In addition, for printing, conventional printing techniques such as cut marks, sort marks, print data, date, etc. can be used, and the printing position is as shown in Figure 1 in the case of borderless printing. , if it is the bleed part between the photos, no burn-in will remain on the finished photo.

した。Please note that the orderer code is written on the back of the photosensitive material for printing.
The reason why we used "burning" instead of "printing" is because the printing becomes lighter due to uneven shading of the printing itself or due to development processing, etc.
Since the reading accuracy would be degraded, we adopted a highly accurate "burn-in" method.

If the shelf is cylindrical, this can be easily done by rotating the shelf and moving the distributor up and down.

In snapshot sorting, where finished photographs are sorted by orderer, when the ordered number of sheets are printed consecutively from each original plate onto photosensitive material for long prints, each photo is coded with the orderer's name. When cutting the photosensitive material for long prints into individual photographs after printing and development, the printed orderer code is automatically read out, and each cut photo is set for each orderer based on that information. An automatic sorting method for automatically sorting snapshots, characterized in that snapshots are automatically sent to respective shelves.
