水接続本管と、上記逆止弁の下流側位置で環水接
続本管から分岐して連結され昇圧ポンプを介して
環水を補給する環水補給管と、上記第2純水循環
系の熱交換器から排出される環水を排出する環水
排出本管と、上記環水接続本管から分岐して接続
された余剰環水排出管とから構成され、上記の環
水給水本管、環水補給管、環水排出管および余剰
環水排出管にはそれぞれ流量制御弁を配設すると
共に上記第1純水循環系の熱交換器および第2純
水循環系の熱交換器でそれぞれ冷却された純水を
炉体冷却用ステーブに給水する純水供給管に温度
センサを配設し、上記温度センサによつて検出さ
れた純水温度に基づいて上記各流量制御弁を制御
するように構成してなることを特徴とする高炉の
