Claims (1)
正帰還用のベース巻線を有する変圧器と、スイツ
チング用トランジスタのコレクタと前記1次巻線
の一端とを接続し同トランジスタのエミツタと前
記ベース巻線の一端とを接続し同トランジスタの
ベースに分岐点を設けて同分岐させた一方を同ト
ランジスタのバイアス抵抗器を介して前記ベース
巻線の他端に接続し前記分岐させた他方を起動用
抵抗器を介して前記1次巻線の他端に接続した回
路と、前記1次巻線の他端と前記ベース巻線の一
端との間に電力を供給する商用電源整流回路と、
前記2次巻線より出力を取り出して負荷に供給し
ている回路からなるスイツチング電源回路におい
て、スイツチング動作停止用トランジスタと同ト
ランジスタを制御する第1制御手段と第2制御手
段と、前記商用電源整流回路の出力を安定化する
直流定電圧回路とを設け、前記スイツチング動作
停止用トランジスタのコレクタと前記スイツチン
グ用トランジスタのベースの分岐点とを接続し同
スイツチング動作停止用トランジスタのエミツタ
と前記ベース巻線の一端とを接続して、同トラン
ジスタのベースに前記第1制御手段と前記第2制
御手段を接続し、さらに、前記直流定電圧回路と
前記第1制御手段と前記第2制御手段とを接続し
て駆動用の直流電圧を同第1制御手段と第2制御
手段に供給して、同第1制御手段の入力回路と前
記ベース巻線と前記バイアス用抵抗器の接続点と
を接続して同ベース巻線に生ずる所定の電圧範囲
外の電圧を前記第1制御手段で検出して前記スイ
ツチング動作停止用トランジスタを導通状態にす
ることによりスイツチング用トランジスタの動作
を停止せしめ、前記第2制御手段によりスイツチ
ング電源回路に電源投入時の過度現象で前記スイ
ツチング動作停止用トランジスタが導通状態にな
るのを防止することを特徴とするスイツチング電
源保護回路。 (2) 前記第1制御手段が異常電圧検出回路から
なり、前記直流定電圧回路の出力端に分岐点を設
け、分岐させた一方を第1、第2及び第3抵抗器
で分割して第1基準電圧及び第2基準電圧を得て
、第1コンパレータ回路と第2コンパレータ回路
に入力して、前記異常電圧検出回路は検出入力と
して前記ベース巻線と前記バイアス用抵抗器の接
続点に整流用のダイオードを接続し同ダイオード
の出力を平滑回路を介して第1コンパレータ回路
と第2コンパレータ回路に比較信号として入力し
、前記比較信号が前記第1及び第2基準電圧より
外れた場合コンパレータ回路から出力せしめて前
記スイツチング動作停止用トランジスタのベース
にバイアス電圧を供給することにより同トランジ
スタを導通状態にせしめることを特徴とする請求
項(1)記載のスイツチング電源保護回路。 (3) 前記第2制御手段が第1トランジスタと第
2トランジスタの回路からなり、前記第1トラン
ジスタのエミツタと前記直流定電圧回路の出力端
の分岐点とを接続し、同トランジスタのコレクタ
を負荷抵抗器を介して第2トランジスタのベース
とを接続して同ベースをバイアス用抵抗器を介し
てアースラインに接続し、前記第2トランジスタ
のコレクタを前記スイツチング動作停止用トラン
ジスタのベースに接続し同第2トランジスタのエ
ミツタを前記アースラインに接続し、前記直流定
電圧回路の出力端の分岐点をバイアス用の第1抵
抗器を介して前記第1トランジスタのベースに接
続し、さらに同ベースをバイアス用の第2抵抗器
を介して他方がアースラインに接続されたコンデ
ンサの一方に接続して、スイツチング電源回路に
電源投入時に前記コンデンサに流れる充電電流を
利用して前記第1トランジスタにコレクタ電流を
流して第2トランジスタを導通状態にすることに
より前記スイツチング動作停止用トランジスタが
導通状態にならないように防止することを特徴と
する請求項(1)又は(2)記載のスイツチング電源保
護回路。 (4) 前記第2抵抗器とコンデンサの接続点にダ
イオードのアノードを接続し、同ダイオードのカ
ソードと前記直流定電圧回路の出力端の分岐点と
