Claims (1)
直列に接続した冷凍回路と、上記蒸発器を収容し
た冷却流体の容器と、冷凍圧縮機の駆動を制御し
て容器内の冷却流体の温度を所定の設定範囲に調
節する温度調節器と、上記容器内の冷却流体をポ
ンプにより送給して冷却部で発熱体を冷却する冷
却流体回路とを備えた冷凍式冷却機において、 上記容器の容積を小さくするとともに、温度調
節器を温度設定範囲が比較的大きいものとし、 上記冷却流体回路に、冷却部で受熱した高温の
流体から上記低温の冷却流体に混合する混合流体
を分流させる熱応動形三方弁と、混合流体混合後
の冷却流体の温度と設定温度との温度差により上
記熱応動形三方弁から分流させる混合流体の量を
増減させて、混合流体混合後の冷却流体の温度を
設定温度に保持するための温度調節器とを設けた
