Claims (1)
- 超伝導線を密閉容器に収納された液体ヘリウム
内に挿入し、この超伝導線の抵抗値の変化により
、液体ヘリウムの残存量を検出する液体ヘリウム
レベルメータにおいて、前記超伝導線と同一の材
質で同一の抵抗値を有する校正用超伝導線を前記
密閉容器内の液体ヘリウムに浸漬しない位置に設
置し、この校正用超伝導線の抵抗値により、前記
レベルメータを校正するようにしたことを特徴と
する液体ヘリウムレベルメータ。
