Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸筒内部にインクに内蔵するとともに、軸
筒の端部の開口に先軸等の先端部材を嵌入して成
るインク筒を備えた筆記具において、 前記軸筒の端部の開口縁を塑性加工によりテー
パ状に拡径して、嵌入用のガイド部を形成したこ
とを特徴とする筆記具。 (2) 前記軸筒の先端部の開口縁をテーパ状に拡
径可能な先端拡径パンチと、前記軸筒の後端部を
拡径可能な後端拡径パンチとを前記軸筒の各端部
にそれぞれ嵌入し、前記先端拡径パンチと前記後
端拡径パンチとを相対的に離間する際に、前記先
端拡径パンチと前記後端拡径パンチとが前記軸筒
の各端部からそれぞれ抜け出る際の各摩擦抵抗力
の差により、前記軸筒が前記後端拡径パンチに嵌
つたままで前記先端拡径パンチから外れ可能なよ
う、前記軸筒の両端部をそれぞれ形成したことを
特徴とする請求項１記載の筆記具。
