Claims (1)
- 水槽１内の水を熱負荷体４に送り込むと共に、
熱負荷体４を冷却した水を水槽１内へ還流する冷
却回路と、水槽１内の水を冷却するための冷媒回
路とからなる水冷却装置において、熱負荷体４の
水路入口４ａ側と水路出口４ｂ側とにそれぞれ温
度センサ６，７を設置すると共に、熱負荷体４へ
の水供給量を調整するための水供給量調整手段１
１を冷却回路上に介在し、両温度センサ６，７及
び水供給量調整手段１１をコントローラＣに接続
し、両温度センサ６，７によつて検出された温度
の差（Δθｘｙ）を設定値（Δθ）に維持するよ
うに水供給量調整手段の作動をコントローラＣに
よつて制御するようにしたことを特徴とする水冷
却装置。
