Claims (1)
- エミツタ物質が被着されたベースメタルを固着
したテープ状ヒータを、インシユレータ上の対向
する上端間に跨つて張設したものにおいて、上記
インシユレータの上端に溝を形成し、この溝に前
記ヒータの折り曲げ部を配置したことを特徴とす
る直熱型カソード。
