    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属ないしはセラミツクス等の硬質材からなり
    、生体骨に連結せしめられる人工骨と、該人工骨
    の関節側面上に取着された高密度樹脂等の軟質材
    からなる人工軟骨とを備えてなる人工関節におい
    て、前記人工骨が人工軟骨との当接面に凹部を有
    する一方、前記人工軟骨が人工骨との当接面に人
    工骨の凹部に嵌入する凸部を有し、かつ、人工骨
    凹部の両側壁部と該凹部に嵌入した人工軟骨凸部
    とを貫通して設けられた締結孔内に配され、該締
    結孔の人工軟骨凸部の貫通長さよりその長さが長
    い圧縮力負荷ロツドを介して、人工軟骨と人工骨
    とが連結されると共に、この圧縮力負荷ロツドが
    、人工骨凹部の両側壁部の締結孔内それぞれに配
    された締付ネジよつて、軸方向両側より締め付け
    固定されていることを特徴とする人工関節。
