Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水分を吸着する吸着通路を有する凝縮器本体に
    前記吸着通路の始端側と連通すると共に凍結試料
    がセツトされるドライチヤンバーと、前記吸着通
    路の終端側と連通する真空ポンプを接続しドライ
    チヤンバーから凝縮器本体、真空ポンプに至る回
    路を形成し、この回路に、回路内の真空度を検出
    する真空検出センサと、前記吸着通路の一部分を
    通り真空ポンプと接続し合うバイパス回路を設け
    、バイパス回路に前記真空検出センサからの検出
    信号に基づいて開閉自在に制御される開閉弁を設
    けたことを特徴とする凍結乾燥装置。
