    定装置において、上記光フアイバを、所定の箇所
    で、上記後方散乱光計測装置の距離分解能以上の
    長さだけ巻いて光フアイバの塊をつくりながら被
    測定領域に敷設したことを特徴とする光フアイバ
    式温度分布測定装置。
