Claims (1)
がホツパー状のブラスト処理室を形成する開閉扉
を有する断熱構造のブラスト処理ケース体と、こ
のブラスト処理ケース体内に冷媒を供給する冷媒
供給装置と、前記ブラスト処理ケース体の上部に
取付けられた該ブラスト処理ケース体内に収納さ
れたバリ取り製品に投射材を投射する断熱ケース
体を備える投射機と、前記ブラスト処理ケース体
の下部位置の前記機枠に取付けられた該ブラスト
処理ケース体より落下するバリ等のダストを含む
投射材を少なくともダストと投射材とに選別する
前記ブラスト室からの冷熱が外部へ漏れないよう
に断熱材で覆われた選別装置と、この選別装置で
選別された投射材を収納する前記機枠に取付けら
れた断熱構造の投射材収納室と、前記選別装置で
選別されたダストを収納する前記機枠に取付けら
れたダスト収納室と、前記投射材収納室内の投射
材を前記投射機の駆動によつて該投射機へ吸引供
給する断熱構造の投射材輸送管とからなることを
特徴とするシヨツトブラスト装置。 ２ 機枠と、この機枠の上部に取付けられた底面

に取付けられた該ブラスト処理ケース体より落下
するバリ等のダストを含む投射材を少なくともダ
ストと投射材とに選別する前記ブラスト室からの
冷熱が外部へ漏れないように断熱材で覆われた選
別装置と、この選別装置で選別された投射材を収
納する前記機枠に取付けられた断熱構造の投射材
収納室と、前記選別装置で選別されたダストを収
納する前記機枠に取付けられたダスト収納室と、
前記投射材収納室内の投射材を前記投射機の駆動
によつて該投射機へ吸引供給する断熱構造の投射
材輸送管とからなることを特徴とするシヨツトブ
