Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 先端に設けた吸盤によりタイル等板状物を吸着
する装置において、 該吸盤を全体として所定肉厚を有する筒状体に
形成するとともに、該筒状体を基端側の本体と先
端側の接触部との別体構成と成し、該本体を弾性
体で形成する一方、該接触部を該本体よりも柔軟
性を有するスポンジ体で形成して先端に平坦な接
触面を設け、該接触面全体を前記板状物表面に接
触させた状態においてそれら本体及び接触部の内
部に形成された吸引孔を通じて該板状物を吸引す
るように成したことを特徴とする吸着装置。
