Claims (1)
- 両端間に上面を開放させて並列する多数条の溝
を設けたブロツクと、上縁の一部に設けてある刃
先が上記ブロツクの上面から上方に突出するよう
それぞれの溝に嵌入した刃板と、頂壁の両端間に
設けてある貫窓に上記刃先が貫通露出するようブ
ロツクに被せて各刃板を抱持するカバーと、ブロ
ツクにカバーを固定するようねじ込むネジと、ブ
ロツクと共にカバーを嵌装すると共に、ねじ込む
ビスを介し固着するホルダとから成る調理用繊切
り刃。
