Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 制御端子を有し、この制御端子に制御信号が与
    えられることによつて第１スイツチング状態とな
    り、その制御信号が与えられないときに第２スイ
    ツチング状態となる第１スイツチング素子と、 負荷に直列に接続され、前記第１スイツチング
    素子が、第１スイツチング状態となつているとき
    に導通し、第２スイツチング状態となつていると
    きに遮断する第２スイツチング素子と、 前記第２スイツチング素子と負荷との接続点と
    、第１スイツチング素子の前記制御端子との間に
    介在され、第２スイツチング素子を介して流れる
    電流の一部を前記制御信号として前記制御端子に
    与える分流回路とを含むことを特徴とするスイツ
    チング素子の保護装置。
