Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸の後端にインク含浸可能な無数の連続気孔を
    有する多孔性印材よりなる印字体を使用した印鑑
    をその印字面が露出する状態に取付け、軸の後端
    外周部に頂端を開口したキヤツプを軸方向に摺動
    自在に嵌着し、キヤツプの頂端開口部にキヤツプ
    を軸に対し後退させた状態でその開口部をスプリ
    ングの作用によつて自動的に閉塞して前記印鑑の
    印字面を隠蔽すると共にキヤツプを軸に対し前進
    させたときにその内面側端部が印鑑におけるカバ
    ーの後端周縁部の一部により押圧されて擺動する
    ことによりキヤツプの頂端開口部を開放して同部
    から印鑑を後方へ突出させる蓋体を装着し、キヤ
    ツプと軸の間にキヤツプの頂端開口部から印鑑が
    突出した状態とキヤツプの内部に印鑑が没入して
    キヤツプの頂端開口部が蓋体により閉塞された状
    態でそれぞれ両者を係止するロツク装置を設けた
    ことを特徴とする印鑑付筆記具。
