びガス通路を穿設し、上記回転軸を軸受部に軸支
したものにおいて、上記吐出孔とガス通路との連
結部にこれら吐出孔とガス通路を導通する高圧ガ
スの圧力と上記密閉ケース内の圧力との差圧によ
り拡大変形して上記クランクピン部とボス部との
シールをなすシール部材を介設したことを特徴と
