Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ウエハ裏面へのレジスト塗布治具であつて、 レジストの剥離が容易な材質で作製された平板
からなり、 該平板は、レジストを介して裏面を下にした該
ウエハを収容でき且つ該ウエハの厚さより小さい
深さに形成された凹部を有し、該凹部の一部を含
む部分が該ウエハ裏面から分離可能に構成されて
いることを特徴とするレジスト塗布治具。
