Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 気体を導通する配管の周壁に互いに斜めに
    対向してソケツト部を配設し、これらソケツト部
    内に超音波送受信素子を対向配備し、該配管内を
    流過する気体をよぎつて前記超音波送受信素子間
    に伝搬する超音波の伝搬時間を測定し配管内気体
    の流速、流量を求める装置において、前記ソケツ
    ト部の先端部を延長して前記配管の内面より突出
    させて環状突出部としたことを特徴とする超音波
    気体流速流量測定装置。 (2) 前記環状突出部が、液滴流下方向上側を前
    記配管内面より突出させ下側を配管内面と同一と
    した傾斜突出部である請求項１記載の超音波気体
    流速流量測定装置。 (3) 気体を導通する配管の周壁に互いに斜めに
    対向してソケツト部を配設し、これらソケツト部
    内に超音波送受信素子を対向配備し、該配管内を
    流渦する気体をよぎつて前記超音波送受信素子間
    に伝搬する超音波の伝搬時間を測定し配管内気体
    の流速、流量を求める装置において、前記ソケツ
    ト部の、配管内面の液滴流下方向上側半分に、上
    側が厚肉で下側が薄肉の馬蹄形突出金具を装着し
    たことを特徴とする超音波気体流速流量測定装置
    。
