において、上記バルクヘツドを、上記胴フランジ
面より下方に位置させて設け、上記胴フランジか
らベローズを垂下させると共にそのベローズの下
端部をバルクヘツドに取り付け、そのベローズの
外周にベローズを覆うガードリングを設けたこと
