Claims (1)
- 地部と表示部とが異なる色彩の発光としたＥＬ
発光素子において、前記地部を形成する発光層と
背面電極とで構成される第一の積層体に前記表示
部に相当する開口部を設け、該開口部を前記第一
の発光層と異なる色彩を有し同様な構成の第二の
積層体で背面側から覆うように取付けてモザイク
状組立体とし、このモザイク状組立体の表面側に
透明電極層を配設して成ることを特徴とするモザ
イク状ＥＬ発光素子。
