- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 キヤビテイ誘電体の対向する二つの開口部間方
向にコア誘電体の軸方向を略一致させてキヤビテ
イ誘電体とコア誘電体とを一体モールド成形し、
上記キヤビテイ誘電体の開口部をそれぞれ板材で
閉じたＴＭモード誘電体共振器において、 キヤビテイ誘電体とコア誘電体とを連結する連
結板と上記板材との間に空隙を形成したことを特
徴とするＴＭモード誘電体共振器。
