Claims (1)
- 基板を段積して収納するマガジンと、このマガ
ジンを昇降させるリフターと、このマガジンの後
方にあつて、マガジン内の基板をワイヤボンダー
へ送り出す送り出し装置とを備え、この送り出し
装置を、モータに駆動されて基板の送り出し方向
に往復回動する無端帯と、この無端帯に装着され
て往復動し、基板の後面を押してこの基板を上記
ワイヤボンダーへ送り出すプツシヤーとから構成
し、かつ上記モータの制御装置を設けたことを特
徴とするワイヤボンダーにおける基板の供給装置
。
