Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部が流体接触部品を殺菌するための殺菌
室となり、該殺菌室の開口部を扉によつて開閉す
るようになつた収容庫本体と、該収容庫本体に設
けられ、前記殺菌室内に殺菌用蒸気を供給する蒸
気供給手段と、前記収容庫本体に設けられ、前記
殺菌室内上部から冷却水を散布する冷却水散布手
段とから構成してなる流体接触部品の殺菌装置。 (2) 前記収容庫本体又は扉のいずれか一方に設
けられ、該収容庫本体に対する扉の開扉状態を検
出する開扉状態検出センサと、前記蒸気供給手段
に設けられ、該開扉状態検出センサからの開扉信
号に基づいて殺菌室内への蒸気の供給を停止する
遮断弁とを備えてなる請求項(1)項記載の流体接
触部品の殺菌装置。
