Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 容器の口筒部に嵌合止着できるキヤツプ本
体１を設け、このキヤツプ本体１に、ヒンジ１３
を介して蓋体２２を設け、この蓋体２２の外周縁
に、Ｌ形連結片３５の取付片３６を、弱め線３７
を介して連設し、そして、このＬ形連結片３５は
、前記蓋体２２の閉蓋状態において、前記キヤツ
プ本体１の外面に剥離可能にスポツト溶着４０し
たバージンシール付ヒンジキヤツプ。 (2) 請求項１記載のバージンシール付ヒンジキ
ヤツプにおいて、蓋体２２の外周縁にＬ形連結片
３５の取付片３６を連設し、このＬ形連結片３５
をキヤツプ本体１の外面にスポツト溶着４０する
代わりに、キヤツプ本体の外面にＬ形連結片の取
付片を連設し、このＬ形連結片を蓋体にスポツト
溶着したバージンシール付ヒンジキヤツプ。
