    軟材パツキンを頭部に装着して、扉の下框下面と
    その下方の床面との間を昇降する昇降部材と、 この昇降部材を内部に収容し、前記扉の下框下
    方の床面に埋設したガイド部材と、 このガイド部材と前記昇降部材との間に介装し
    、全長を押圧短縮することで中央部付近が上昇す
    るように成形した板ばねと、 この板ばねの端部を扉の開閉操作に連動して押
    圧するように配設した押圧機構と、 前記昇降部材とガイド部材との間に設けた床面
    排水の受入排出路と、 この受入排出路から付近の屋外排水経路にまで
    配設した排水導入路とを備えたことを特徴とする
