[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to improving services to subscribers during busy periods of a leased line network having a private branch exchange (PNX), and particularly to improving services for subscribers on private branch exchanges (PNX). In contrast, this paper concerns a method for notifying that all leased line routes are busy at the same time as the handset is picked up, and a method for making an outgoing connection to a public network. [Prior art] In the conventional system, as shown in ``Introduction to Digital PBX'' (edited by Ryo Sugioka, p. 63), extension subscribers could only know the status of all calls on the leased line route after dialing. In addition, when an extension subscriber was in a route conversation, the subscriber had to either give up dialing or dial again to connect to the subscriber via the public network. Since extension subscribers do not know when a dedicated line route will become available, they may dial many times until they are able to connect with the other party, which results in an increase in the call processing load on the PBX. This also results in degraded service to extension subscribers.

The purpose of the present invention is to improve services provided to extension subscribers, and also to reduce PBX private line traffic and reduce call processing load when all private line routes are busy. [Means to solve the problem] As one of the means to defeat the above purpose, a function will be installed to display whether or not all leased line routes are busy for extension subscribers who call the PBX. . In addition, the PBX is equipped with a function that converts the leased line number into a public network number and allows outgoing connections to the public network. [Operation] The leased line route all-busy display that appears to extension subscribers operates as follows.

If the leased line route of a private branch exchange (PBX) is currently busy, the PBX control unit will detect this and notify the calling subscriber that the leased line route is all busy instead of the normal dial tone. Send out sound or talk. In addition, the outgoing connection function to the public network performs the following operations. If the PBX is connected to the public network via a central office line, calls from the public network to the extension subscriber can be received using the number assigned to the PBX within the public network. Therefore, the leased line number can be converted to a number used on the public network, and after this conversion, an incoming call is made to the other party's extension subscriber via the public network. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, which is a relay system configured from a public network and a dedicated line network. {1) Conventional connection system First, the conventional connection system will be described. As an example, a connection between subscriber Sub A in district A and subscriber Sub B in district B or subscriber Swb C in district C will be described.
Subscriber Sub in District A Subscriber Sub in District A to B
When connecting to subscriber Sub C in area E or C,
As shown in FIG. 1, a communication path consisting of a private branch exchange (PNX) cD exclusive@TRK and dedicated line route 1 or route 2 is set up (■ in FIG. 1). The telephone number in this case is different from the number used on the public network. If the telephone number ABCDEFGH dedicated to the PBX network is given as 8 digits (the number of digits varies depending on the scale of the dedicated line network), the number AEC
D is an identification number assigned to each PBX, and EFGH is an extension number of each PBX. This allows connection using a dedicated line network. (2) Busy notification No. 1 when all leased line routes are busy
In the figure, it is assumed that one or all of the leased line routes are busy. At this time, extension subscriber S@Lb A makes a call (OFF-H
OOK) This method notifies the calling subscriber Sbb A that all leased line routes are busy at the L stage. The details of this method will be described below.

That is, a dedicated line route number is associated with each extension subscriber, and when the dedicated line with this route number is all busy, the tuning fork sends out a tone message to the corresponding subscriber notifying that the dedicated line route is all busy. .. In addition, it is possible to register an independent route number for each subscriber. ●When an extension subscriber makes a call, the dedicated line route number registered for each extension subscriber and the all-busy route code can be registered. Perform verification. If the numbers are different, the caller is sent to the subscriber as in the conventional system. If the numbers match, a dedicated line route busy tone is sent to the extension subscriber on behalf of the caller. (]) When the extension subscriber dials for 5 meters: Notification of all leased line routes. When the extension subscriber dials after listening to the tone. The PBX receives this dial and stops sending out all busy notifiers or talkies on the leased line route. If the dialed destination is a connection route that does not go through the busy leased line route,
Although it is a normal connection, if you have to use a busy leased line route, please refer to [3]. Either the outgoing connection to the public network described in (4), or the conventional busy connection. (l1) If the extension subscriber does not dial: In order to monitor the extension subscriber's hang-up time,
The dedicated line route all-busy notification tuning fork monitors the timing after the tone is sent out. Subscriber turns on within monitoring timing -
If you want to use HOOK, stop the sound output by timeout. (3) Connection method for making calls to the public network when the leased line route is all busy After the extension subscriber receives a notification that the leased line route is all busy, the tuning fork continues to make calls to the public network as a way to continue service to the other subscriber. The case is described below.

(2) For all-busy notification or talkie transmission to subscribers.
This shall be done in the same manner as described in . After listening to all the audio, subscriber Sub A in district A dials subscriber Sun E in district B or subscriber Sub C in district C. This dial is call register O
The PBX analyzes this number and identifies that the call is to subscriber Sub B in district B or subscriber Sub C in district C. Since leased line route 1 or 2 is currently busy, connection via the leased line network cannot be made. Therefore, the connection between the subscriber 5ubA and the central office line trunk (cor) is established (■ in Fig. 1). As a result, subscriber 5ub A knows that he can dial out to the public network, and calls extension subscriber Sub B or Su.
b Dial the public network number to C. The following connections are conventional connections and clarification is omitted. (4) Automatic dialing system when all leased line routes are busy (3) is a system in which subscription Sub A directly dials the public network number assigned to S-pay bB or Sub C. However, subscriber Sscb A may only know the dials used within the leased line network.
The method of converting to a public network number and making an outgoing connection using this dedicated line network dialing PBX is described below. Subscriber Sbb A dials 5sb4 E or Sub C and connects subscriber Sub A with the central office trunk (CO
It is like +21 and T'' until it is connected between T). Dial digits to subscriber Sub B or Sub C (described in 11) are leased line network numbers A1B, C, D.

C, D. is a number assigned to each PBX, so it is called SubE. PB where Ebb C is accommodated

, G, H, are added to the public network number and sent, Sub B . Incoming connections can be made to Sub C. In this case, it is assumed that the extension number EI FI GI El is a dial-in system that allows the call to be sent from the public network to the destination PEX via the central office trunk (cor). [Effects of the Invention] As described above in the embodiments of the present invention, the calling subscriber is immediately notified when all calls are made on the leased line, and in some cases, the detour connection to the public network can be made without the subscriber's own intervention. It becomes possible to do it with . This allows for improved services for subscribers. Furthermore, as a result of this service improvement, invalid traffic to PEX is reduced, and the leased line network can be operated efficiently.

1. In a private branch exchange that has the function of monitoring the availability of leased line trunks and determining whether or not each leased line route is fully busy, when any leased line route is fully busy,
When an extension subscriber makes a call (OFF-HOOK), the private branch exchange transmits a congestion notification talker for the leased line route instead of a dial tone to the extension subscriber in the congestion notification state when the leased line is all busy. If the number received from a subscriber is a call via a leased line trunk, and it is determined that the route to be connected is all busy, after connecting the subscriber and the central office line trunk, the subscriber is prompted to continue the connection. A private branch exchange characterized in that it sends a notification to confirm the presence or absence of a connection, and upon receiving a connection continuation notification from a subscriber, continues to receive and relay dials from the subscriber and performs a detour connection to a public network.
