イング装置で用いる版胴の模式図であり、第１ｂ
図は第１ａ図に示された矢印の方向（軸に垂直な
方向）から見た版胴の模式図であり、第１ｃ図は
版胴においてベタパターン部と非彫刻部との相互
関係、および両部間の接合部の態様を示す模式図
であり、第２図は本考案の多色コーテイング装置
の一具体例を示すフローチヤートである。 図面中の符号は以下の意味を有する。１……ベ
タパターン部、２……非彫刻部、３……グラビア
版胴、４……圧胴、５……コーテイング色材溜め
、６……ドクターナイフ、７……第１ユニツト、
８……第２ユニツト、９……第３ユニツト、１０
……第４ユニツト、１１……巻出装置、１２……
乾燥ゾーン、１３……巻取装置、１４……被コー
テイング材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被コーテイング材の走行方向に対し逆方向
    に回転するグラビア版胴と被コーテイング材の走
    行方向に対し順方向に回転する圧胴とよりなるユ
    ニツトを複数個直列に設けてなり、各グラビア版
    胴が非彫刻部と該非彫刻部よりも高く位置させか
    つ凹刻を施したベタパターン部とを有し、かつ該
    複数のユニツトを混色の生じないように同調させ
    て駆動することを特徴とする多色コーテイング装
    置。 (2) ベタパターン部と非彫刻部の高さの差が１
    ．０mm以下であつて、ベタパターン部と非彫刻部
    との接合部の傾斜角が３０°以下であることを特
    徴とする請求項第(1)記載の多色コーテイング装
    置。
