、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 撮像位置を自由に調整でき、かつデイスプレイ
モニタ上の画像データを撮像入力する一台または
複数台の可動カメラと、この可動カメラとともに
並設され、センサ部を上記デイスプレイモニタの
画面に密接して上記画像のカラーデータを取り込
んで処理するカラーアナライザと、上記可動カメ
ラおよびカラーアナライザを３次元移動可能に取
り付けているロボツトとを備えたデイスプレイモ
ニタの自動検査装置。
