Claims (1)
- 軸線方向に進退移動する進退駆動部材を備えた
リニヤモータと、このリニヤモータの前方に設置
したガイド本体に前記進退駆動部材と同一軸心線
上で進退軸動可能に案内され前記進退駆動部材と
結合したラムと、このラムの先端にダイヤフラム
を介して保持されたバイトと、前記ラムの先端部
に内臓され前記バイトを進退駆動する圧電アクチ
ユエータとからなり、前記進退駆動部材、ラム、
圧電アクチユエータ及びバイトを全て進退駆動部
材と同一軸心線上に配置したことを特徴とするバ
イト送り装置。
