配管の継手構造を示す断面図、第2図は従来の真
空断熱四重配管の継手構造を示す断面図である。 図中、1は真空断熱四重配管の継手構造、4は
内管、5は第一中管、6は第二中管、7は外管、
8は中間熱シールド、9は第一空間、10は第二
空間、12はスリーブ、13は継手部、18は連
通管である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体水素、液体ヘリウム等の極低温流体を移送
    する内管を第一中管で覆つた第一空間を真空状態
    とし、さらに該第一中管を第二中管で覆つて、そ
    の間に液体窒素等の低温流体を流入した中間熱シ
    ールドを設け、さらに該第二中管を外管で覆つて
    第二空間を真空状態とした真空断熱四重配管の継
    手構造において、上記各管同志の継手部をそれぞ
    れ溶接接合し、上記中間熱シールドを継手部で連
    通させると共に、上記内管と第一中管及び第二中
    管と外管の間を長さ方向に延出させたスリーブで
    連結させたことを特徴とする真空断熱四重配管の
    継手構造。
