収装置において、回収動作時における周囲温度を
検出する周囲温度検出部と、これによる周囲温度
条件に応じてタイマによる回収動作の積算経過時
間に対比される回収終了のための設定時間を可変
制御する設定時間可変部とを設けたことを特徴と
