Claims (1)
- 乾燥室内を水平仕切板により上部室と下部室と
に区画し、前記水平仕切板には上下開口の筒体よ
りなる風胴を貫通せしめて、この風胴内に螺旋移
動して上昇する通風性のスパイラルコンベアを設
け、下部室内には空気吸込口が同下部室に開口し
、送風機を有する吹出口が上部室内に開口する除
湿器を設け、かつ下部室内の空気と前記除湿器か
らの空気とを吸入して両者の混合空気を前記風胴
内のスパイラルコンベアへ上部から吹き付ける循
環用送風機を設けてなる乾燥食品製造装置。
