Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ コンタクトガラス上の原稿を走査する走査光
    学系と、この走査光学系による原稿光像をミラー
    およびレンズを介して感光体上にスリツト状に投
    影し、変倍時には光路長を変えるべく上記ミラー
    を移動させる光路長補正手段と、上記レンズを移
    動させるレンズ移動手段と、上記スリツトの長手
    方向の照度分布を補正する遮光板を有するスリツ
    ト露光方式の走査装置において、 上記遮光板を上記レンズに対して上記光路長補
    正手段の反対側のレンズ光路上に設け、かつ、案
    内手段を介して上記レンズの光軸方向に移動自在
    としたことを特徴とする走査装置。 ２ 請求項１において、遮光板の駆動手段を、レ
    ンズ移動手段に付加した連動機構を介して共用さ
    せたことを特徴とする走査装置。
