ねじ軸部が挿通される貫通穴の車室側端部に、上
記ねじ手段の頭部を収納可能な大きさの凹部が形
成されたステーアダプタ本体と、上記凹部を遮蔽
する付属部材とから構成され、この付属部材は上
記凹部を遮蔽する遮蔽基板と、この遮蔽基板の一
部に突出形成された折曲可能な薄板状取付片とを
有してなり、上記付属部材とステーアダプタ本体
とには、一方に係止突部、他方に上記係止突部と
互いに係合する係止凹部がそれぞれ形成され、こ
れら係止突部と係止凹部とは両者が互いに係合す
ることにより付属部材が上記凹部を遮蔽した状態
に保持されるように配置され、上記ステーアダプ
タ本体は上記ねじ軸が付属部材の取付片に貫通さ
れるととに、このねじ手段の頭部が上記凹部内に
収容された状態で取付けられていることを特徴と
