Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 碍子表面にその全面に広がる螺旋状の溝を形成
し、 この溝に、汚損物質が付着すると光損失が生ず
る一本の光導波路を前記碍子表面に露出するよう
に装着し、 前記光導波路の一端に伝送用光フアイバを接続
すると共に、他端に光を反射する反射手段を設け
、 前記伝送用光フアイバを介して前記光導波路の
一端から光を入射し他端から反射する反射光を受
光して、反射光強度の変化から前記碍子表面に付
着する汚損物質量を求めるように構成したことを
特徴とする光式碍子汚損量測定装置。
