  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 バイメタルを固定しかつ接続端子部を有した第
    １導電体と、前記バイメタルの熱変形により当該
    バイメタルの可動接点が離間・接触する固定接点
    を有しかつ接続端子部を有した第２導電体と、前
    記第１導電体と第２導電体との間に設けた絶縁体
    を備えたサーキツトブレーカーにおいて、 前記第１導電体および第２導電体のうちのいず
    れか一方には前記絶縁体にインサートモールドに
    より固定される基部を設けると共に、前記第１導
    電体および第２導電体のうちのいずれか他方には
    前記絶縁体を囲んだ状態で当該絶縁体に保持され
    る絶縁体被保持部を設けたことを特徴とするサー
    キツトブレーカ。
