    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁フイルムの片面に電極を形成した片面金属
    化フイルム２枚または絶縁フイルムの両面に電極
    を形成した両面金属化フイルムと非金属化フイル
    ムとを積層巻回してなる乾式金属化フイルムコン
    デンサにおいて、一対の電極をアルミニウム下地
    蒸着膜上に亜鉛蒸着膜を設けた膜抵抗値が１０Ω
    ／□以下の電極とし、そのうちのいずれか一方を
    分割電極とし、その分割電極縁に沿つて電流パス
    率が１〜５％の間欠的な電極空白部を設けた乾式
    金属化フイルムコンデンサ。
